George Hobson 1901 - 1923
Another of the Staffordshire tradition of family business's started by Charles Hobson at the Albert Street Pottery where the family continued to produce a range of domestic earthenwares until George Hobson moved to the Sneyd pottery in 1901.
So far the "Asiatic Pheasants" marks refer only to the original business under Charles Hobson who probably took this off the shelf pattern to establish his business.
