This company took over the pottery from W.& G. Harding and were styled both as Heath & Blackhurst and as Heath, Blackhurst & Co. and were earthenware manufacturers.
Subsequently became Blackhurst & Bourne who continued to produce the "Asiatic Pheasants" pattern
