The first Pottery company in Staffordshire to form a Ltd Company, incorporated in March 1861 took over the Old Hall Pottery from the distinguished Charles Meigh & Son. Continued some of the patterns and moulds of the earlier company but also produced the popular transferware patterns of "Willow" and "Asiatic Pheasants". Reformed as the Old Hall Porcelain Co Ltd in 1886.
